FALL ONE-ACT FESTIVAL HITS GROVE CITY STAGE |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Fall 2008 Grove City College Tau Alpha Pi One-Act Festival showcases five student-directed plays Sept. 25-27. All performances will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Little Theater of the Pew Fine Arts Center on campus.
The plays are: “Fourteen” by Alice Gerstenberg, directed by junior J. Palmer Horst of Woodbine, Md.; “Bedtime” by sophomore Kate Donatelli of Shillington, Pa., who is joined in directing by junior LeeAnn Yeckley of Cranesville, Pa.; “English Made Simple” by David Ives, directed by junior Megan Markley of Skaneateles, N.Y.; “The Spot” by Steven Dietz, directed by junior Stephanie Carroll of Marlton, N.J.; “The Role of Della” by John J. Wooten, directed by seniors Luke Whipple of Freedom, Pa., and Amanda Griswold of Clarence, N.Y.
The TAP theater honorary is advised by English professor Dr. Janice Brown. The One-Act Festival is coordinated by Whipple.
Free tickets for the performances will be available in the Breen Student Union on campus starting Sept. 19 or can be reserved by e-mailing theatertickets@gcc.edu. Be sure to leave name, date of performance and number of tickets needed. Seating is limited, and audience members are encouraged to arrive early. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to each performance.
