Construction activity on the Grove City College campus is progressing at a rapid pace. In addition to the construction sites enclosed by chain link fence for Rathburn Hall and the Science, Engineering and Mathematics Building, a number of other areas are enclosed by orange temporary construction fence. These temporary areas will be closed until early August and include:
• Campus Drive north turning circle between the PLC and MEP
• Campus Drive south turning circle on Campus Drive from Ketler to the fire lane at Buhl Library
• Site utility relocation area from the front of Harker to the PLC Hall of Fame entry area

Vehicular and pedestrian travel will be restricted by the construction activity in the temporary areas listed above for the next five to six weeks. Cooperation is appreciated during this time. For safety reasons, only contractor employees are permitted within the enclosed work site areas. There are no exceptions. When on campus, please plan your route of travel carefully in order to avoid the construction areas and allow extra time to do so. The attached campus map highlights areas currently under construction to avoid. In addition to the areas shown on the map, a number of smaller areas are enclosed in orange fence related to the electrical and data duct bank installation. Please avoid these areas as well.
A temporary gravel road permits access from the Campus Drive at MAP North to the side of Harbison Chapel and the MAP dining hall loading dock area. This drive is available for drop off access to these areas. No parking is available. Also, due to the loss of the parking area behind Rockwell, parking designations will change in the PLC lot to allow for more faculty and staff parking at that location. Handicapped parking areas are included near the turning circles when they are completed. Until then, the parking area on the east side of Ketler Hall is designated for handicapped parking.
