GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Intercollegiate Studies Institute has included Grove City College as one of 134 quality schools in its guide “Choosing the Right College 2008-09: The Whole Truth about America’s Top Schools.”
Grove City College is one of 33 colleges and universities highlighted in the Mid-Atlantic region.
According to ISI, “Choosing the Right College” is the “college guide that changed college guides.” The revised and updated edition the critically acclaimed publication is perfect for students and parents who want an independent, truthful assessment of what is really happening at 134 of the nation’s top schools. Unlike other college guides, the one-thousand-page “Choosing the Right College” covers the things that matter most.
The ISI guide also provides specific advice on which professors to seek out and which courses and departments to avoid. As an exclusive feature, “Choosing the Right College” advises students the courses they should take at each school to provide themselves with a true core curriculum.
Contributor John Zmirak writes, “In this guide you will find colleges that survived the Philistine outrages of the 1960s and ’70s and retained (or regained) their mission of humanistic education.”
