September 29, 2008 GROVE CITY, Pa. – Grove City College has hired a new counselor to work at the College’s Counseling Center with male students. Ardell “Ted” Meyer, MSW, LSW, will serve as a part-time mental health counselor and “brings a wide range of individual and group counseling experience to us,” said Assistant Dean of Students S. Ann Stranahan. Meyer graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with a master’s degree in social work. He also works at George Junior Republic full time as a treatment team coordinator. His first day at the College was Sept. 29 and he will work Mondays, as well as Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
