Demonstrating its commitment to freedom, Grove City challenged federal regulation during the 1980s. The College successfully argued its landmark case, Grove City College v. T.H. Bell, Secretary of the Department of Education, before the United States Supreme Court. Grove City exemplifies the American ideals of individual liberty and responsibility.
