Grove City College offers 19 varsity sports for its student-athletes. All varsity programs fall under NCAA Division III guidelines. Grove City College is a member of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) and the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC).

The College offers one of the most well-attended and comprehensive Intramural and Club Sports programs in the state with more than half of the College's 2,300 students participating in 30 different Intramural Sports activities and seven Club Sports programs.
