ALUMNUS LECTURER TO SPEAK ON AFRICAN BELIEFS |

GROVE CITY, Pa. – Grove City College will welcome Dr. Victor Kuligan, a graduate from the Class of 1986, to lecture on the topic of “African Beliefs in Witchcraft, Sorcery and Shamanism Related to Illness and Healing,” at 7 p.m. March 24 in the Technological Learning Center Auditorium on the Grove City College campus.
Kuligin earned a Th.D. from Stellenbosh University in South Africa. He served in Africa for many years with organizations such as Africa Inland Mission and most recently as academic dean of Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary. The Grove City graduate is now teaching at Trinity Christian College in Chicago, but will be returning to Namibia next year. His book, “Ten Things I Wish Jesus Had Never Said,” was published with Crossway in 2006.
His lecture is free and open to the public. No tickets are required.
