Welcome to the Grove City
College Alumni Magazine, a publication of the Communications and Alumni Relations Offices.
Published three times a year for alumni and friends of Grove City College, The GeDUNK highlights campus news, student features and alumni achievements. Gedunk is a word that resonates with Grove City College alumni and friends. Named after the on-campus gathering place/snack bar for students since the early 1950s, the word Gedunk made its way into the Grove City College vernacular when World War II Navy veterans returned to campus, bringing with them the word that defined the place where snacks could be purchased aboard ships or the snack items themselves, everything from potato chips and candy to ice cream and sodas. The name stuck. For decades, the Grove City College Gedunk has been the place to come together to share news and ideas, and this magazine strives to do the same.

How Do I?
Submit a Class Note: Send information to alumni@gcc.edu or Alumni Magazine Class Notes, 100 Campus Drive, Grove City, PA 16127. Include a high-resolution photo, if desired, attached as a .jpg or .tif, but not embedded in the body of the message or a Word document.
Submit a Class Note via the Alumni eCommunity: Visit www.gcc.edu/alumnicommunity. Click on "Class Notes." Sign in securing with your user ID (the ID number printed on the address label of many College publications) and password. Click on “Submit/Edit a Class Note.” Choose the category for your Class Note and type in the information as prompted.
Get a Baby T-shirt: Send the birth information (name, date, parents’ names and class years) to alumni@gcc.edu or Alumni Babies, 100 Campus Drive, Grove City, PA 16127.
Submit a Baby T-shirt Photo: Send high-resolution photo (300 dpi) to alumni@gcc.edu and include the baby’s name, date of birth and parents’ names and class years. Photos must be of babies under the age of 3 only.
Notify the College of a Death: Send the official obituary to alumni@gcc.edu or Alumni Magazine In Memory, 100 Campus Drive, Grove City, PA 16127.
