ALUMNI DAY AT KENNYWOOD, PITTSBURGH, PA - JULY 31, 2009
Nearly 400 alumni & friends of Grove City College came together for a fun-filled day at a Pittsburgh classic, historic Kennywood Park. Whether they were riding every roller coaster in the park, eating delicious Potato Patch French Fries or taking in all the sights, everyone had a great time. As a special treat, the alumni office provided attendees with complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon and a delicious picnic buffet.
President Dick Jewell ’67 and Mrs. Jewell were there to see everyone and to take part in the fun. Also on hand from the College with their own families were VP for Advancement, Jeff Prokovich ’89, CIO, Vince DiStasi '88, Senior Director of Alumni and College Relations, Melissa (Trifaro ’96) MacLeod, Development Officer, Carol (MacGamwell ’79) Yannuzzi, Assistant Directors of Alumni Relations, Charlene (Griffin ’83) Shaw and Kelsey (Pollock ’06) Rhea, Communications Associate, Rebecca Miller, Office Manager of Alumni Relations and Carnegie Alumni Center, Tricia Corey, and Assistant to the President, Betty Tallerico.
