Welcome to the Family!
The story is an old and familiar one to Grovers, but one that we love telling over and over again. The story of how generations of students have left Mom, Dad, and everything familiar - after what seems to have been a lifetime at home - for the rolling, verdant, and nourishing hills of Western Pennsylvania and the red-brick and limestone “yesteryear” campus of Grove City College, their future alma mater. Students set foot on campus and from the first day feel as if they’ve found a “home away from home” – a place where students’ names and faces are known and valued by the College’s staff, faculty, and administration and remembered for years into the future.
At Grove City College, students have the privilege of communicating their gifts, interests, values, and sense of calling to their faculty advisors who are committed and equipped to provide advice concerning the student’s personal, academic, and professional goals. As a result, a strong advising relationship is forged and the student realizes all over again why he or she chose to be a part of the GCC family!
