GROVE CITY, Pa. – Grove City College crowned the 2008 Homecoming Queen and King during halftime of the Grove City College Wolverines’ Homecoming game against the Thomas More Saints Oct. 18.
This year’s Homecoming Queen Lydia Pastor is a senior history major from Essex Junction, Vt. She is a resident assistant, is involved in intramural sports and was a member of this year’s senior class Powder Puff football team. Pastor is the daughter of Wesley and Susan Pastor.
This year’s Homecoming King was Andrew Snyder. He is an electrical engineering and computer engineering major from harmony, Pa. Snyder is a decorated swimmer and diver, having earned NCAA All-American status in swimming five times. He is also a member of the Omicron Delta kappa leadership honorary. Snyder is the son of Steve and Ellyn (Christian ’81) Snyder.
Other senior members of the Queen’s Court included: Rachel Lee, a sociology major from Ashburn, Va.; Breyana Lehman, a psychology and sociology double major from Lebanon, Pa.; Julie Miller, a molecular biology major from Elk Rapids, Mich.; and Katherine Terrana, a psychology major from New Kensington, Pa.
Other senior members of the King’s Court were: David Crosby, a business management major from Williamsville, N.Y.; Brian Sandell, a Christian thought major from Boonsboro, Md.; Kevin Sandell, an elementary education major from Boonsboror, Md.; and Bruce Stinson, a marketing management major from New Castle, Pa.
